We are incredibly proud to announce that Lavinton Lamb is now served at one of the top restaurants in the UK: the three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn in Bray, run by the highly-respected Alain Roux, son of Michel and nephew of Albert – the famous Roux brothers.
The restaurant has had three Michelin stars since 1985 – 30 years! Having our lamb served in this legendary restaurant, alongside the other Michelin-starred restaurants we already supply, is an achievement we’re hugely honoured and delighted about.
Our lamb in now served at six Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, with eleven stars between them. Quite a tally!
