Last weekend was a hectic and exciting one for Lavinton Lamb. While Sophie and Robert were busy meeting our lovely customers at Barnes Food Fair on Saturday, our lamb was making its TV debut – in the capable hands of the chefs’ favourite chef, Sat Bains.
Anchovies and lamb is a combination that works really well and has been used since Roman times. The saltiness of the anchovies cuts through the lamb’s richness and reveals new flavours in the meat.
