Shortly after winning her Silver Award at the Farming Awards, Lavinton Lamb founder Sophie Arlott was interviewed on the Lincolnshire Farming programme on Radio Lincolnshire, on Sunday 25 October.
We cooked it low and slow and the shoulder was really moist and tender. This lamb had a delicious sweet flavour and the fat was very good. An excellent piece of meat – faultless.
