Cooking tips from Sophie: When it comes to cooking the lamb leg steaks, treat them as you would any other steak. Cook for 3-4 minutes a side over a high heat. This will give you a wonderful BBQ flavour on the outside and pink meat on the inside. Make sure you rest them for 5-10 minutes once cooked to let the meat rest. Serve with new potatoes and a green salad or alternatively, how about some grilled asparagus and an Ottolenghi-style herby couscous?

All of our sausages are made using natural casings. While our Merguez and Apple & Cranberry sausages are made without ingredients containing gluten, they are produced in a facility that is not completely gluten-free.
