Lavinton Lamb now at Marcus 2* Michelin restaurant

We’re delighted to announce that our milk-fed lamb is now being served at Marcus, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant by Marcus Wareing, at the Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Amazing quality meat

We cooked it low and slow and the shoulder was really moist and tender. This lamb had a delicious sweet flavour and the fat was very good. An excellent piece of meat – faultless.
