Our 100% pasture-fed Lavinton lamb leg is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Slow-roasted until beautifully tender and falling off the bone, it’s delicious served alongside seasonal vegetables or fresh salads. For something a little different, remove the bone, marinate the lamb and cook on the BBQ!
The loin chops are a staple mid-week meal for any household. Pan fry in a searing hot pan with oil, butter, garlic and rosemary to create a deep brown crust while leaving the inside ever so slightly pink and juicy.
Our lamb mince is incredibly versatile and can be used in all sorts of dishes. Keep it traditional with a hearty shepherd’s pie, lasagne, bolognese or chilli con carne, or mix things up with spicy mince tacos or Korean-style mince and rice bowls.
