Here at Lavinton, we farm for flavour. Our lambs are born outdoors in April and graze exclusively naturally on clover, grasses, and seasonal herbage throughout the year. Because they grow slowly and mature naturally, the meat develops rich depth of flavour, fine marbling, and exceptional tenderness.
